The Crown of the Continent, Glacier is the iconic backdrop to northwest Montana. Drive the historic Going-to-the-Sun Road, book a boat tour McDonald Lake or in Many Glacier, and hike the majestic peaks in our backyard.

The largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi, Flathead Lake is the ideal spot for water skiing, paddling, boating, commercial fishing, swimming and soaking in the sun.

Within walking distance of downtown is City Beach, the best spot for lounging, paddling or wading.
